2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that the content removed or disabled due to a DMCA takedown notice was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your Contact Information: Include your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Material: Specify the content that was removed and its original location before it was removed.
- Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if you are outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which we may be found.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content in question unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent its reinstatement within 10 business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we may terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
4. Misrepresentations
Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that content on our site infringes your copyright may subject you to liability for damages, including legal fees. We encourage you to seek legal advice before filing a DMCA notice.
